I understand how multinational companies work. Specifically, I have experience with Global Strategy, Global Project Management, and end-to-end HR functions. I get how to navigate highly complex and matrixed organizations at a global, regional, and local levels. From HRBP and talent acquisition to payroll and operations functions, I have been involved in set-up, execution, and ongoing change management.
